you made 300 youtube videos and all you have is 59.7k subscribers! in this case you are not a good source of information, if you had the knowledge and the skill you wouldn't take this long to grow. i have seen teenage girl's channels grow to hundred of thousands just with 50 - 100 videos

Haha, I didn't know Ed is still getting hate comments(and this comment is just so funny to me). This just proves what he said - the ones commenting negative things are the new viewers.
@isahak7Сағат бұрын
@@sameeep He doesn't need you to defend him, he can just respond to my realistic critic himself. It's not (negative things) it's just my honest opinion about his situation, why not just try to prove me wrong instead of just force a laughter about it?
@sameeepСағат бұрын
@@isahak7 nothing personal bro, I will just say you're a little misinformed. He has another channel named Film Booth but he stopped uploading content there to focus on this channel as this is more niched down (for creators). I just thought that your comment was negative because you said he isn't a good source of information just bcz he has less subs. I don't know why I even replied but I hope you have a great day.

Thanks, Ed! I always love seeing your videos because honestly, every time I watch one you can make me feel great. No matter how I was feeling right before watching you. I find you to be one of the most motivational speakers I've seen on KZbin. I love your humour and I thank you so much for everything you are giving us. And I signed the Revit form - hoping to hear more! P.S. Thank you so much for the script writing - I am realizing how important it is. Which do you think is more important? Quality or Consistency? I'm thinking quality.

I'm working on applying what you teach. I hesitate to promote my classes simply because I enjoy sharing and teaching, so I put as much as I can for free on my channel. Although I know that the classes do a much deeper dive and would benefit those interested in learning.

Your channel has simply been an inspiration to me. Thank you! I have one question, if I may. What's your advice on recreating content? Like, if I have an evergreen key video, am I able to A/B test thumbnails and titles or should I consider quasi-reposting after a certain period? Thank you again. Keep crushing it. 🤙🏼

I've had my KZbin Channel for a little over a year but i abandoned it for 8 months. So literally I've been consistently posting for 4 months and I have 85 subscribers. Is that good? Okay? Terrible? Bad? Wasting my time? Just hoping to get feedback from some folks. Thanks 😊

batch filming "progress" videos doesn't work :-) Also planning and writing my videos won't work the same because they're based on me actually working on a project, in my case a game, so I have to dev first and then base my video on the dev -- doesn't mean I can't plan it out once I have the raw footage of development, but i can't really pre-write it either. I can, however, write out what I hope to accomplish before recording, and then mark important points in the recording (in my case an actual live stream), and then when I edit them I can arrange how to focus it for best effect...

The 5 year time scale approach is so true. My channel is about 5 years old now, and it has grown massively compared to where I started because I kept at it, refined my processes, and learned from my successes AND failures.

Is there revenue involved? If revenue is not involved, then why bother doing it for views only. The rest of us doing want to prop up corporate media and their stupid trends.
@sHuRuLuNi3 күн бұрын
Bah ... none of this helps or matters anymore. If you want to succeed you need to make videos "catchy" and "edgy" and short and blabla ... but then you are not making videos you actually like to make. And if you want to make videos that you actually like to make, KZbin restricts you in a hundred ways, curtails your free speech, determines what is taboo and what not, so you end up with the first choice. Which is something I will not do. Therefore 14 years having the channel and hardly any views, because fukk youtube.

What about niches like Fishing? it literally took me 5 years to get monitized and it seems the better i make my videos the worse they do, while some goofy goober posts a 15 second video of a perch and gets 2 million views 😂
