​​​@@MoyuGuyI was missing 90 easy coin points in the end from my 740 score. From there im 10 seconds off maybe. If you finesse the sliding room you can shoot the moving bots before you do the jumppad. And not have to double back for the center coin after. On your way down you shoot the tank bot twice, flashbang, and punch both reds. Then in the end room, get the ground left coin before taking the bouncepad back to the middle high ground. There's a bunch of time to get. I'll give all of cass another go if the boards are wiped. Cass recruit any% was cool too.

Glad its helpful. I'm probably only making this brig course score route and not the other courses because it's interesting in how many changes to 100%ing it in time over an easy 5* clear.

@@MoyuGuy Most of my stuff was made for easy clears. Not basic score runs like Dripping and im no Carrier. It often becomes a minimum 5* run for the people who just want to collect 5 stars everything. If its another vid score or routing vid that I uploaded, I would include those words instead of 5stars in the title.

@@nsbss1 Ohh ok. Thanks for the clarification and sorry if I came off as rude. I don’t usually watch these types of videos so I only ever see your high score runs. Also unrelated but your Genji videos helped me so much and got me into hero mastery. I actually remember the exact skin you wore because I watched them so much. Thank you!

@@MoyuGuy no no its ok. Those were straight honest questions. I do try to walking emote into the finish in these finish as a me thing if I remember to. And ah :( I still had proven better genji routes to show but genji is just hard trying to save seconds on every single mouse turn.

Yeah I was still trying to figure out what kind of skill audience to make guides for. Tried to make most of them easy to follow and methodical rather than full efficiency. Also didnt go for the floating barrier jumps because I thought it would be to rippy and at the end for easy going people.

I upload routing vids too. This is a routing vid. WIPs since I'm not grinding much. I also do have a successful mediocre 3x run uploaded.

@@CL-vw5bb Usually a 3x whatever points is still greater than a 2x more stuff. Not always the case though interestingly (but likely since I doubt that's where their effort is). Seems like blizz wants to force us to find innovative routes for a spread of scores rather than brackets of identical objective clears. Too bad once the optimal routes has been found, most courses are movement cooldown time-locked rather than unique routings.

@@nsbss1 I just nabbed the #6 spot for Americas at 2x bonus finish, one spot below you :P Based on your run and others it looks like x2 is the sweet spot, it might be possible to grab all kills and emblems in that time frame. Best strategy I've found is to never stop moving, always be on a route for coins or murder

@@CL-vw5bb possibly. It was also kinda funny there was one genji course where you could 5 stars with 0 time bonus if you did everything else.

I wouldn't say bugged since blizz has a precedent of intentionally nerfing time limits without remediation. They hate Mei. I just uploaded a vid of a 3x time bonus clear though.

I would definitely recommend turning around to wallclimb the floating coin islands to save time. Just practice turning around and walking into the jumppad and holding forward (no left) while turning the camera to change air direction. you dont want to stall and not get far enough. The tp across does help but you don't have to.

Are you sure you are comparing the same soldier difficulty? Unless there's a bug, seems like just over 7200 is the limit for Recruit (slightly different routing). I havn't even bothered 100%ing agent and veteran difficulties yet so I'm not familiar with those score ranges but they should be 100%ing within 3x time bonus. Time should play a big part in score. each second spent in the course is 10 points lost assuming always in the 3x bonus.

The power score gap of ppl who have newer and better strats and the ones who don't lol. I may have copied this route because others made it first. But I had the same ideas too.

It was barely possible before season 9. For some reason they lowered the time limit by 10s.

⁠@@ShadixNationI was the same way until I realized there are bonus points possible for specific mei stats specifically: freeze damage, the number of bots eliminated with icicle critical hits, and icicle accuracy. All of these values offer a max of 200 additional points for a total of 600 possible additional points. Im posting my mei veteran mastery video right now because I finally beat it with 5 stars after a crazy amount of hours, and I need to share my pain😂 I even missed a shot or two and got it so it’s definitely possible but ridiculously annoying and hard to get.
