My happiness is just a delightful byproduct of my everyday, mundane rituals, discipline and never ending drive to improve and learn new things. Perception and perspective in life and knowing the difference really makes me grateful for the blessings I have had through my 63 years of life. Improving in perpetuity is my manifesto, you can always be better. There is nothing new under the sun, attitude and perspective is everything. My prayers go out to the people of the UK. Being a former American ex-patriot living in London and East Sussex, it has been sad to see what’s been happening there. Thank you for your insights.
