Hello, I cant seem to find any solutions for heart + PCO anywhere. I am aware you can turn it into a tub but that’s pretty much the only one I know. If you know anywhere I can find solutions please let me know.

why is pco bad in pc rooms?

It's because PCO has a low solve rate and it's very rng based. In pc rooms we would like to find the best case scenario but the beginner PCO shape is never the best case scenario. So if you use PCO in a pc room, the better players would think that you're trolling and not wanting to improve, so it's recommended to just follow the better players and make good setups
