When the ghost does a ghost event, it can sometimes break the light so you can´t use it anymore. And when you die most of the times you lose the things that you added into the truck. But you will always have the starter items. You can watch some beginner guides to get started. And with the spirit box, you always need to have the lights off otherwise you won´t get an answer. But anyways i like your video's! Keep up the good work❤

Good stuff Roland and great win against Dortmund - especially away from home! But mate, i've got to have a small moan... Gravenberch is worth 44 million Euro, has 32 caps for Holland, more importantly has excellent stats - but is only a 'squad player'!?! Unless your other midfield players like Thiago, Regeer are the second coming of Cruyff (and that's Johan, not Jordi...) then i cant understand why he's not first team. I'll push my luck a little here and make a suggestion. On formations, how about scrap the 3-4-3? I know it's old school Ajax IRL but it's probably a formation that offers as many sins as blessings in FM. How about a formation where you can control the midfield and still have 2 up front? That could be used both at home & away? Why not try 4-3-1-2? GK on Sweeper Support (Onana is perfect for this) Flat 4 with the full backs at either automatic or attacking (depending on the game or stage of an individual game) 3 in midfield - from left to right: Mezzala; deep lying playmaker; central midfielder Attacking (Gravenberch is ideal for this!) Advanced Playmaker on Attack 2 Attacking Forwards Start with Positive mentality with middle standard on both Passing and Tempo; be more creative; play out of defence but forget any focus play or underlap play. Leave pass into space & work into box off also. In Transition and Out Of Possession is up to you... From what i can see of your team, i think you will dominate possession, create more chances and overall... control more games; Eredivisie or Europe. You win the league and Cup every year but getting past the second round in Europe has been a struggle. There is no such thing as a miracle formation in FM but maybe this formation gives you the option to get more of your best players on the pitch at the same time (Gravenberch/Van de Beek, others for example) It's just a suggestion pal - really enjoy this Ajax save and very happy your back posting. I'll be watching the Ajax game against AZ later today. PS: can you give us a bit of a look at your squad and your coaching staff? Would love to see all the first team squad players plus your staff. Plus, In your opinion, who is your best player in defence/midfield/attack?

Congrats on winning the League & Cup! You said that the youth intake was poor again this year - who is your Head of Youth Development? Are their stats any good? Is it time to review your staff, their attributes and what role/influence they are having on your team, your training and especially your youth intake? I think a staff members preferred tactic & formation have an influence. For example, in my Ajax save, I would never have a Head of Youth Development, B Team or Under 18 Manager who preferred to play Route One and/or a defensive tactic. That would definitely go against the whole ethos of Ajax. Very pleased you're continuing with this save.

Hey Roland - please continue with this series, I've watched all the videos that you have done for Ajax on FM21 and really enjoy them! You do a great job :) I think your 4-2-3-1 tactic is fine but it could be improved (I wouldn't always have my Forward in the Pressing Forward option). In this game with PSG for example, when you really needed to score - why not go with 2 strikers up front? If your in this position again - a goal down and 20 minutes to play - maybe change formation to 4-2-4. And because you are Ajax, I would definitely click the 'Be More Expressive' option for all games. On Shouts, I wouldn't Berate the team though - instead try Encourage. Individual Shouts are also very effective for increasing your win chance, eg: Encourage, Praise, Fire Up. Formations: 4-2-3-1 but review the individual instructions. 4-2-4 if its an easy game or you really need a goal 3-4-3 you are Ajax and total football after all... Play it your way pal but hope you keep this save going! Oh, and don't put Onana on penalty kicks - LOL

Regeer schijnt een groot talent te zijn in het echt. Ben heel erg benieuwd naar zijn ontwikkeling. Unuvar's ontwikkeling lijkt te stagneren. Hij heeft t heel erg lastig bij jong.

Dat zijn er veel zeg, spelers met 5stars potential. Als je die weet te behouden, zijn die spelers die je de cup met grote oren moeten bezorgen. Laat zien anders de spelers zien waarvan jij denkt dat ze snel naar t eerste kunnen gaan.
