In 1987 my dad moved me and my sister from Luton to Possilpark, the council were asking people to move into the old tenements. I was pregnant with my first child, and this place was the most depressing and feral estate I'd ever lived on. I hated it and moved away. I don't remember the name of the road,I can picture the place in my mind, and i remember our building looked out onto a huge wall with an entrance. Does anyone have any idea where this was?

Spent my youth travelling from Pollok to Govan as a kid then spent 35 brilliant years in the Govan shipyards before moving to the old Yarrows yard for 10 years but what a different place it is now. It will always be close to my heart ❤️
