I like your videos BUT this: "NO DETOX" - it is NOT about dopamine DETOX is mainly about clearing up the body from bad bacterias and viruses always harmful to the body just in the matter of time - for THAT REASON Detoxifying body is VERY important especially for the humans who lives in the countries that feed everybody with toxic food full of pesticide, chemicals and harm hormones and artificial ingredients where "Government" is not supporting or caring about citizens but just to be in the certain position to fill up their pockets with money. It's all about the MONEY not the People even they sarcastically saying "For The People" hahahahaha you may know what country I'm talking about and it is NOT the only one but for the HEALTH of people It Is the WORST COUNTRY on Earth. By the way The best and very imprtontant DETOX of human body is Autophagy awarded by Nobel Prize of science for it's own "Common Sense" theory..

Dude! Your going places.. Great information. Great presentation. Good editing! Sadly though for me every video makes me feel like im completely screwed. 😅 My brain has probably been functioning on cortisol for at least 22 years straight. Combine that with alcohol and drugs abuse. And you end up a shell of who you onces were. Sometimes for me it feels like its "too late" for me. But i got a little girl so im fighting to make a 180. Anyway dont want to bother people with my crap. Just wanted to say to keep going. Edit: It's extremely weird to me that youtube is not pushing your videos to more people. I have no idea what your click rate is. But you have around 10% likes on this video. Like i said great information. Good editing with the zooming in and the cuts way better then my videos.. you must have a good viewer loyalty %? The only thing i can think about is maybe the thumbnail? My wife and i both started a youtube channel some months ago so i know how it can be demotivating but your definitely will get the views if you keep going! There will come a moment everything clicks and the algoritme will take off.

Coffee was never made to be consumed by humans, it was only created to make workers work longer hours to aid capaitalism. The coffee plants use caffeine as a natural insecticide to defend themselfs. Why would you want that in your brain?
@MedyFlixКүн бұрын
Interesting take… As far as I understand, coffee predates capitalism … It’s been more prevalent in the productivity culture space. Yes caffeine is a form of insecticide.. as with most foods, understanding its effects helps people make more informed decisions

Wow 😮 I had immense intracranial pressure all just left to be part of epilepsy after steroids I got rid of the pressure dizziness and off balanced feeling thank you to a DR that actually helped me unlike the ahole neurologists I’ve seen all they had for me was anti seizure meds. Went seizure free the longest after steroids and antibiotics with IVIG
@loveKG263 күн бұрын
Why is it that most meds are directed at sodium or calcium channels when ischemia triggers glutamate release. Then that glutamate release triggers calcium sodium influx… so all along they are suffering from ischemia like scenarios then this physics occurs and they make meds but ignore that ischemia!? I see it. Do you or dont you like selling meds more than actually helping people honestly? Mini stokes not epilepsy. Just like mental helmets it’s all fraud when brain inflammation or infection or damage is present no lil pill is the answer…..

Great content as always. For the 3rd point - how would you do that practically?
@MedyFlix3 күн бұрын
@@wesleygreen6357 generally speaking, whenever you’re defining who you want to be, you want to also ask yourself what if the overlap between the things you’re really good at (your unfair advantage/skill that you do way better than others and comes naturally to you) plus with something that is of value to people. Based on that you can identify an overlap of both these things, unifying them into one thing and from that ask yourself who’d you want to become to provide that valuable thing to the world consistently. You essentially reverse engineer the process into eventually arriving onto who you need to become to achieve that thing.

Coming back to this video 4 weeks later to say that I'm now home in Limpopo for the holidays and I get such satisfying sleep. Do you think it's purely because there's no work stress at home? Or maybe it's the comfort of family? How do I jar this ability with me when I go back to CT so I can get good sleep all year round?🥲

I appreciate the tips a lot but I don't know how my anxiety would feel about the second one. Also, who's the person you'd like to become? 🙂
@MedyFlix3 күн бұрын
😂 anxiety indeed…but the idea is to do these tasks in advance while you have time to explore different topics…it ties into interleaving where our brains like multiple topics for the novelty of new ideas ie. More dopamine based surges (The second question is a deeper one and needs some New Year’s resolution based planning😆 - but essentially I’d like to become an educator of evidence based health on this channel)

Three people I know who have been avid readers, like myself, have developed macular degeneration. One is virtually blind after a long struggle. The other two have to get injections directly into their eyes monthly. I wonder if there is a connection? Reading takes such intense near focus. I have tried searching for relevant content but found nothing. Apparently the idea that reading may cause eye disease is not a subject that is considered yet??
@MedyFlix3 күн бұрын
In terms of general education and review of the current scientific literature, there’s no concrete evidence of reading/near vision exercises causing macular degeneration as of time of writing this. Genetics, age, lifestyle risks such as smoking/hypertension/nutritional deficiencies are reported causes in the research. Please consult your local doctor for a more personalised heath check up/assessment of risk factors
