Miranda Homes and holiday builders use the same materials. They both don't include. Washer and dryer and refrigerator. And they're both lousy builders with shitty workers doing horrible work.

Excellent video. One thing that would be useful to know, is which areas were heavily hit by flooding last November? This information would be helpful for people considering moving to Vero Beach vs. other areas, like Sebastian.

I prefer Broward county cities like Hallandale Beach and Hollywood Florida It is beautiful, especially Hallandale Beach it's growing communities and businesses, and nightlife for family and tourism's, Gulf Stream Park the biggest Horse Racing Track in Florida, it's full with shopping Malls and lounges and restaurants,and the Pegasus and Dragon Statue it's the third biggest Statue in the United States, also Atlantic village is right down the street, and District 8 and beautiful art design district.❤🙌🏻

Agreed. This town isn’t set up for a large population, but the city/ county is in charge of how many new homes are allowed to be built. Us realtors are not in charge of how many people move to Vero.

You live right there on the Indian River? You fish, kayak, boating, jet ski, SUP? Which one. Surprised at the asthma comment as we find the Vero Beach area better for my son who has asthma vs Orlando and my wife claims it is because of the "sea air" but I think she is feeding me some BS. lol

No, actually Vero Beach is better due to the “Sea Air”. I lived in Orlando for many years and the humidity and the heat was much worse. That was a clients house that allowed me to film there in the fingers!

👍 Another great Video from Andrew Pensch. I moved my family from Long Island to Vero Beach and without Andrew's Videos I would have been lost. After moving here I was lucky enough to actually meat him and become friends. Andrew has the three most important things to me in an agent honesty honesty and more honesty as you can hear in this video. I can't imagine a better person in Vero Beach to guide your purchase and he's a local too🤙and he's always eager to answer your call so yeah CALL HIM!!!

I've heard Sebastian gets snowbirds in the winter. Does traffic get that much worse in those months? And how is road traffic around Sebastian and Vero? Is it ever gridlocked certain times of day or days of the week? Great video. Thanks for the information.

Very mild traffic during season and off season compared to many areas in FL. I’d say Vero Beach & Sebastian has the most mild traffic compared to other tropical climate coastal FL towns. Never gridlocked, always easy - free access to and from the island.

Here is an update..2024. DO NOT move to Melbourne FL unless you work at Harris, Grumman, Collins, Blue Origin or KSC. Otherwise the pay is sh!ty. Most people here work in retail and they work 2 jobs. The police make $21hr, there are no city jobs. The traffic is horrible b/c the city is so old and underdeveloped. The downtown looks like the 1940’s and they classified it as a historic district so you can’t modernize it. If you have money and enjoy the beach you’ll love it. Otherwise you’ve been warned!

Holiday builders seems to have a few options in Sebastian & has hurricane resistant options. Wonder which of the Holiday new home communities has the highest BFE (elevation) & also gated.

All I ask is if anyone purchasing a home here realize there are residents that have lived right outside the gate for years and have noticed that people coming and going treating this as a racetrack. We NEVER had this issue before. Also remember we have some elderly I know I worry about as I see them out there walking or on their scooters. I am on Del Monte and not happy about the speeders! We were here first, please show respect!

Andrew, thanks for a great video. Vero is very close to the Sunrise Theater in Ft. Pierce, here in town the Emerson Center offers some great music entertainment during the season and the King Center in Melbourne. We have been to all three venues and had a great experience at each one.
