I rarely leave comments and never leave negative comments but, this video is terrible. I've lived in PB for over 30 years will tell you to avoid this video. It's not only ridiculously vague and inaccurate and fails to discuss critical points like access to stores like Walmart, Home Depot, access to hospitals, traffic concerns, city water and sewerage access, accurate info about schools, libraries, access to airports and the parts about beach access are completely misleading. If his real estate group is anything like this video they should be avoided as well. There are other videos about this area that feature all the above points and reference area maps that will be significantly more informative and accurate.

Tell the truth please newcomers will have trouble with homeowners insurance. It’s hard to find a good paying job. Better have some money. FIT way overpriced school only for the rich! Vero is for older people btw

I did a personal inspection of all areas in this video, they are all very dangerous. Many gangs in these areas. I was shot at 15 times at least in each area. Definitely would not move there especially near Palm Bay, Georgia is much nicer.

moved there in '85 when it was small. it was BEAUTIFUL!!! it became just like every other place, over-crowded!!! it lost its charm a LOOONG time ago!

Thanks! We looked into that area for a relocation, but we’re happy the way things are here. It does seem like a great option for DINK couples or young families though.

Slow to grow? Sounds amazing tbh. I don't wanna live in an over crowded gentrified traffic jam dump. Keep it small and family driven. I get that it's your job, but do that shit in the bigger cities that are already lost causes.

Thank you Andrew, this is very informative and I have a much better idea of what is out there that fits our budget. We were looking at homes that were not what we wanted but thought we had to compromise to be in our price range. I can see there are options that would work for us that don't involve us compromising on what we want. I subscribed to your channel, thank you so much.

I have been to florida several times and have yet to see a gator and i want to see one, im from Detroit Mi. Also we dont see bears unless your in rural areas 😂. And i never seen a bear either.

@@jjjaee It's growing and growing fast, so that means there will be more to do and more places to eat, more stores, etc etc. I'll be honest with you, It's better quiet than loud. I'm from NYC and all I want is peace, NYC is hell to drive a 15 mile ride can take you an Hour or hour and a half, It's not fun being stuck bumper to bumper and you can't get to far, going 15 miles per hour on local streets, Speed cameras everywhere, red light cameras everywhere, Didicated Bus lane cameras everywhere, Now local buses have cameras on them and if your stopped at a bus stop, camera on bus takes picture and sends you a $200 fine. No parking anywhere, if you find one, meter maid's are looking to fine you one minute after your time expires, Mentally ill all over the place, homeless all over the place, Migrants all over the place, migrant criminals and NYC criminals all over the place commiting crimes and there is no Second amendment here, they will make your life hell to get it. Trust me I would hate for any place out side of NYC to turn into a NYC, it's dangerous and frustrating how the government is looking to take money from drivers by so many different means. NYC is almost like living in a Dictatorship as everything here is illegal.

Born and raised in Palm Bay, FL. Place has gone to hell in a hand basket. These new communties popping up look beautiful but I can tell with a fact that the rest of PALM BAY isn't desirable! PalmBay nickname is "the arm pit of Brevard County! Try Suntree or even Northern Melbourne.

Unfortunately lots of people are priced out of those areas. Palm Bay gives people a chance to claim a piece of FL within a reasonable budget.

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale but now live in Northern California. Looking to relocate back in a few years with my California wife and kids. Vero is definitely on our list! On the extreme SW corner of PB is the Compound. It was a failed real-estate venture from way back in to the 50s. It is low land. Stay away from this area.
