@Emily_Baxter which formats are you interested in? :) I've wanted to get into goat format for a while now, but no local scene afaik here in the Netherlands.. I tried joining some discords a couple of years ago to look for some people to play with online and didn't have a great experience sadly. People were really rude and basically bullies me away. No patience for a beginner at all >.< it reminded me of my school days 20 years ago "oh this game isn't for you". Crazy that this is still a reality online in big 2024. I've been slowly collecting some goat/edison cards in real life, and play online once in a blue moon with some close friends, but no real opportunity to actually improve at the game. It sucks :/

I havent played since I was a kid, but I still have my old cards. These nostalgia packs/tins they make are cool af, problem is, you basically NEED friends to play with when you run this. Any tournament you'd go to is probably just basement dwellers running whatever the current meta is, and thats no fun.

Hope you enjoy playing. I had a hard time with all the combo times when trying to comeback to the game. Was fun making rogue decks like cyberdragons tho.

this is a great haul tbh. also Ragnarika is a wild archetype. and Vaalmonica is a great archetype as well. Id say pair it with Exosisters. The two go well together Hyped to see your YGO Journey begin, Duelist.

Just trade all that for one card and basically you have a collection of professional meta deck. Whenever you play an old deck for keeps let me know I’ll send my address. Sorry I can’t drive to you.

love getting this in my recommended. i hope you are having a good time playing and if you havent played the card game at all i recommend playing yugioh duel links. the format is more simple and you can play as the characters from the anime that have unique skills. its personally how i got better at the game myself! anyways cant wait to see more

I suggest looking on line for deck listings and staple cards I don't want to be discouraging but this in my opinion is not a good start but I fully support you there are good cards in what you brought but it needs improvement but at the end of the day if you're having fun that is all that matters keep it up I can't wait to see how far you go 😊😊

I just started playing the TCG a week ago, and I'm absolutely enamored. I'm happy that I didn't get too turned off by massive turn one combos, even at my first local event (I only had a blue eyes structure deck, and got absolutely creamed by everyone I played against). Here's to enjoying complexity!

$400 on Infinite forbidden and 25th anniversary tin is really insane, not a good investment dude, you could have buy a huge bulk from some random and get those same cards and amount for $30, and egyptian god card structure deck for $5
