Hey Kevin, great video! I know that nutella is tasty, especially on a white roll, but if you want to ride in the top 3 MxGP this year, I advise you to talk to a nutrition coach. With better nutrition you can get more out of your training.

Exactly why Nutella is the perfect topping, quick sugars (carbs) to get the maximum out of a heavy training.

....talk to a nutrition coach, and not one from French🙃. They will tell you what will be better carbs instead of nutella...altough nutella will be more tastefull.

Fair point! Sounds like you know what you’re talking about… can you point out better alternatives? I’m very mindful of proper nutrition to ensure I get enough energy to perform and the right food to recover afterward. Quick sugars have their place in high-intensity training, and if they help keep motivation high, even better!

I want to see all! :D I am intrested in off season content as mutch as season time. And also on and off bike content as well as how you feel and how everythings going. But maybe I am not the mainstream viewer... I just love pro life and cant live it my self :) There are not many MXGP rider that post videos and show these insights. I think the deegans in the US do a great job too. I watch your channel for a long time and I am really happy for you that you made it into MXGP top 10 and that you are part of a team! Would be great if the vlogs still come!
