Sensei question, in comparing 2 items there is a と after the 2nd item: AとBと. What is the use of the 2nd と? Because for the items, I see no と after item C

Usually you don't say the negative "not working" in this context. To say only a few doctors work in the hospital, you can say: 数人の医者が病院で働いています。

From what I understand, the translation of "the sun sets" 日が沈む. Though I could be wrong.
