Without the right structure of the 5 fold ministry, knowing that the pastor is the boss. The correct mindset gives the fruit of control, and nobody can control you. People fall back on the law and start religious refereeing, and nobody likes refs. The only refs they like are the ones that don't call every foul and let the game flow.
