So a 1/6 scale figure should fit… a 12” Batman isn’t that hard to find. Just select a good one.

Thank you, despite it’s short comings I really think it’s a great model to own, I haven’t had the pleasure of owning the first edition so I can not compare the two, but I do know their packaging size has decreased significantly by using polystyrene as well as that the second edition doesn’t have the cocoon shell anymore which I didn’t care much about anyways… think you will love the model when you receive yours, thanks for your support for our small channel

Think the acting of Keaton as well as the design of the 1989 Batmobile that really make the movie pop, thanks for the sub man : )

your music is going over your voice cant hear what your talking about
@toolman82694 жыл бұрын
I agree. It's repetitive and annoying. I understand the necessity of using license-free music, but some of the choices of music people use is distracting and overbearing.

Hi which alloy shocks would you recommend for the 2017 TopForce as the limited edition from Tamiya discontinued?? Great vids 10/10 keep it up
@RexEngineering5 жыл бұрын
Hi Stan, thank you for your support to our channel, and Merry Christmas, well for the Top Force if you can not get the Limited edition shocks, if I was you I will definitely look at Tamiya TRF series, perhaps DF03 something along that line, just be sure to take the front and rear shock measurements (mounting point to point) and we are sure you can get a TRF off road set close enough to fit the Top Force, if you are worried about some minor length adjustments you can also try to shove some internal piston spacers, or play around with piston rod length as well as different length of plastic piston lower stub mount... good luck : )

Merry Christmas to you too, keep up the great Vids 😄👍🎄and great advise

DS RC Classics and DS Modelling Academy Not sure why I didn't think about it earlier but carbon fiber rod would also work and be cheaper. Balancing it though, to handle those rpms may be harder.

for step 5 people keep saying to me don't use the aluminum gear go for Tamiya ta02 set 50529. the motor I will be using is a 5.5t brushless 5530kv motor or a 7.5t 4210kv motor. do you think the aluminum gear will be fine?
@RexEngineering6 жыл бұрын
On our Psycho Force we have used two piece spur drives (plastic and aluminum) and also one piece plastic type as well, on the test runs they all work ok, but there's pros and cons to both of these.For two piece type: Pros: aluminum gearCons: aluminum will seem tough at first but due to the softness of aluminum the gear teeth will eventually wear away little by little slowly, and that all depends on your setup. In saying this you should do frequent checks on the drivetrain every so often when you are running your TF hard on the frequent bases.. Another Con is this is a two piece type and will always be a risk of breaking, although it hasn't happened to our Psycho Force yetFor the one Piece spur drive:Pros: ONE PIECE CONSTRUCTIONCons: it's all in plastic, and after our test runs amazingly it still manages to last ok and we do check our transmission cases after every runWe are setting up our TF to run on modern day brushless electronics set ups, this was of course not taken into considerations when Tamiya designed the DF and TA drivetrains 20 years ago, so you are basically in the boundary of the unknown and therefore you will forever hearing from people about what will and will not work. I have listed what I think are the pros and cons and both works ok for us, it's up to you to choose a set up and test them out. What works for our Psycho Force doesn't necessary mean it will work for your car. From testing and breaking thus you will eventually come up with "your own setup" and that's only half of the fun of exploring in the RC world isn't it? Hope my videos and comment helped you in some ways : )
