My game crashes quite often also i have to make sure to save often, but it is a lot for the pc to handle being you are running a ps3 on your pc.

i know you can on console but i haven’t tried to do it on the PC yet

The Albany court looked the same as my old version and my larger point was that the Final 4 was played in a high school gym?

that’s weird and very unfortunate my auto save works just fine i do believe it’s a setting you have to turn on tho

i only tested from 1 min half’s up to 5 min half and the points you earned for scouting did not change during this. you received 40 points for playing the game regardless of half length.

thanks for the tip! on this mod it seems they have added a lot more 4 and 5 star recruits each year, making it a lot easier as a beginner school

You can kind of tell where they rank if you put them on your target list with the ranked US players you're going after and sort by rating.

They seem to have pretty bad potential.

not that i am aware of.

how were you able to put the recruit on a ABL Team

i’ve haven’t had a chance to play it yet. do you think it’s better than 2k8. i honestly like the recruiting in 2k8 as it isn’t easy like ncaa

@@yerpmansports it’s not better but the recruiting is so hard in 2k8. In 2k7, once you get offered a job at a power or major college, the recruiting becomes a whole lot easier. Not the same for 2k8.

Nah this game is easy.. I usually just look for a top 10 world sophomore and stalk him for a year.. Have a 100% ratio signing the player

if you hold left trigger while defending it will keep you kinda locked in on them and move you towards them slightly but if the player starts doing a bunch a dribble moves good chances he will go right by you

i don’t yet, my best advice would be driving and shooting as many layups as possible. Centers are very overpowered. also turn on true shooting % so 3 point ratings actually make a difference

I play on the hardest difficulty but tuned the user shot sliders. 3pt shot, mid range and inside shots are on 60 everything else on 50. You will see more jump shots and layups fall.

red is going to be minus point and white is going to be plus points, at 1:00 in the video you can see i’ll gain 30 points in white for a perfect release on the shot but i lose 25 points in red for missing the shot. green just indicates your total score. yellow is the required score, really just color coordinations to help people not get it confused. Hope this Helps

@@yerpmansports I’m sorry I might’ve asked this wrong! Lol if you look at the individual player and their ratings. What do the different colors indicate there? My original thought of this was if it’s red they have a chance to regress or progress slowly (via simulated training), white means neutral, green meaning potential for this rating is reached..

haha all good, i think your along the right lines though, the way i look at it is i think white is normal progression, red is slowed and green is accelerated. meaning how fast each attribute will increase

very late on this but i actually think that green means the player is close to upgrading the skill, white means their in the middle of it, and red means they just upgraded, hence why the numbers can change colors even for the same attribute. as an example, green could mean that the player is >80% to upgrading it, white could mean >40%, and red could mean >0%

honestly i would recommend not having a crazy out of conference schedule if you’re in a power conference bc your conference will be more than enough tough games to keep you ranked and get you in the tournament. player confidence plays a big part in team chemistry, if multiple players are upset it will significantly hurt the team, i would use as many pep talks and meeting with players as much as i can. also take into account the minutes everyone plays. if a guy is a starter one year and the next he’s 7th man he will take a significant drop. Some players when you recruit them their main priority is playing time especially 5 stars so if they don’t get enough in their first season they will grow to be unhappy very quick. Also need to take into account player experience when putting lineups together, it can lower a players confidence if they have no experience compared to the rest of the team having lots. one way to combat this is having a Coach on Floor.

each player gets a randomly assigned free throw best thing you can do is find one you really like and then change everyone’s free throw on your team to that one. free throws are very hard especially if your using different ones for every player

@@yerpmansports what do I press and how should the timing be because I’m doing a rebuild type legacy and I missed ever single one I took in the first game

use Right analog stick pull it down then when the ball gets close to the top his head pull it back up

@@claytoncook3862 go to options, gameplay and its at the bottom. You should be able to change it to the right stick. Mine was set to motion and I had to move my control like flicking a wrist to shoot. It is challenging that way.

team performance highly effects your job offers more than anything the next best thing is coaching stats the game doesn’t care to much for top recruiting classes if they don’t perform

xbox 360 system i do believe there is a emulator version out there for playstation

3 pointers are kinda funny in this game well shots in general as you play you will notice a lot of made shots where you felt as if you were playing really good defense and you were right in there face I think the game works more off of player rating rather than how well you can contest the shot, you should keep this in mind if you have a really good 3 point shooter, if you have even just a little space its worth the shot. I always run the All Plays playbook, in-game I typically will run a lot of Pick-N-Roll and Quick Post up plays, once my center gets hot enough they will start sending help defenders and I will kick out to the open guy. if you have a 3 point shooter in the corner, you can get a quick post up in front of it and back down the defender to the point where the corner defender will come help this will leave him wide open. you can typically do this at any spot on the floor my favorite is just the corner. One of my favorite plays is Double Cross 2, you can either take the first shot after the pass drive past the screen take the layup or have the other wing player open on the 3 aswell.

@@yerpmansports ok cool thanks so much I’m still fairly new to the game so its like my offense is just passing around until the shot clock winds down. Also do you have any game sliders that you recommend?

i don’t play on any sliders atm i do always run off 5 second closely guarded.. you use the buttons to do dribble moves and such i’ve found that if your on a fast break and running towards the corner if you press B for a dribble move you typically will go right past the guy for a easy layup. that’s my go to when i need quick points. Big men and Layups are very overpowered in this game i would use that to your advantage as your still learning
