AWWW a happy ending!!! Honestly, I was never a fan of Ben/Maggie, i thought this dynamic worked much better with Karen but its the direction the show went in and I guess its natural for a kid to be jealous of his big brother and his happiness. This vid made it look like the romance went on for much longer than I realised! All those longing states and quick glances at each other lol. It made me feel for Ben. All that angst and the divide between brothers. I have to say I love how you ended the vid with the scenes of Maggie and Hal ending up together and Hal and Ben making up. They both chose Hal in the end! So cute!

That was the goal towards the end was to wrap up the drama between them :). I just saw an old interview with Connor Jessup saying he had wished for the love triangle to end for S5 lol. I found it interesting/entertaining though :). I purposely manipulated a lot in this video to make it seem that Ben had feelings for Maggie a lot longer than it was plus to add in more angst. If I didn't do that then the video would have been more like 1 minute long lol. I came up with this video idea after re-watching the scene with Ben telling Maggie "...But I love You." and it was a heartbreaking scene which made me feel so bad for Ben. I kind of wanted to replicate that feeling a bit longer into this video going off of that scene. Karen is actually the next character I'm working on for a new vid coming soon!

First of all I'm so thrilled to find another Falling Skies fanvidder in 2024, let alone another FS fan!!! We are a rare breed nowadays so I'm so excited I've found you! Second, the song choice ROCKS. So nostalgic as I'm sure I've seen it used in a vid or 2 back in the day. It works so well for Lexi. This vid reminded me what a wild ride she went on. I loved your lyric use, especially her "sick love" being Lourdes, and also at the end with fake Lexi and Anne turning her back on her worked really well for "I dont believe in you." Great beat use too with the glitches, that was so cool. Great work!

Yay! I'm so happy to see other FS fans as well! I was kind of late to watching Falling Skies. I first watched it 6 years ago and just did a second re-watch this year. I'm glad you like the song choice which was definitely a song I grew up listening to. Thank you <3!

As someone who has shipped Ben/Maggie since season 2 and loves these characters (especially Ben), I am thrilled that people are still making fanvids for ‘Falling Skies.’ You did phenomenal work on this, it was beautiful. Hope you will create more videos for this fandom. Whether it’s for specific characters (like Ben), specific pairings (like Bengie) or just a general tribute video, any and all would be welcome and appreciated. Aww, thank you so much! I am releasing new falling skies videos this saturday, Nov 30 and saturday Dec 7. Both will have Ben in them :). He's my favorite character as well. I made a video on him about 6+ years ago called "Howl". It's posted on my channel if you haven't seen it :).

I almost fell off my bed from doing a happy wiggle when I read you have more videos that will soon be posted. I eagerly await and look forward to them. And I have definitely seen the “Howl” video. This movie.. this edit.. portrays some genuine trauma. This is what it looks like.. if never felt it watch & imagine.. you might think its over by the end but she' ll be forever changed & not only never forget but have nightmares and "PTSD" episodes for the rest of her life.
