I contacted Annin Flags with a question concerning an issue I have with their product purchased at the VA in West Haven Connecticut. Their initial response was fine and all I asked was 1 question about the plastic swivel not being able to slide down the pole past the joint where the two poles connect. It doesn't spread far enough for the flag to be at its total width, all I asked for were suggestions on how I could correct this. Their initial communication was fine, when I told them I purchased it at the VA, they got rude, ignorant and refused to answer 1 SIMPLE QUESTION. I have never experienced such PATHETIC, DESPICABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE ATTITUDE from ANY company about 1 QUESTION. I strongly suggest to ALL VETERANS and every Citizen that love our Flag as I do, to find a company that stands behind their product and a company that will at least ANSWER 1 SIMPLE QUESTION. PLEASE keep in mind I was ONLY asking for a suggestion. I didn't want to return it, I just wanted a suggestion or opinion on what I could do to get the flag to expand to full width. Their LOUSY, DISGUSTING AND RUDE RESPONSE tool me aback. NEVER have I EVER been treated with such DISRESPECT from a company that preaches what a quality product they make. Annin should be ashamed of themselves for treating any customer that way, especially a Veteran who served this country and a Veteran who put money into their pocket. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY and find an more honorable company than this one. ALL Veterans STAY AWAY, they don't respect us

Big mistake by leaving the pressure valve open!!! The line won’t spring a leak Immediate so you might think you’re safe… you’re not! I found out the hard the hard way! If you live above a neighbor…and you go to work… and that line springs a leak…. Hello waterfalls and water damage, mold remediation and $$$$$

I was thinking about buying one of those sets. But the only problem I'm having is those new plastic holders. I went through 3 of those plastic flag brackets that they now come in. Those sets will break more before the pole will even bend. The new plastic flagholders can only handle a 15 mile per hour wind. I forgot. I just bought this flag, but the problem is the clips that slide over the poll were manufactured, too small. You literally have to hammer them on and if you try that they will splinter because they are very cheap plastic. Taking it back to Walmart where it belongs along with the other cheaply made garbage. No offense to the flag I love the USA but I hate Walmart.

My 530e msport 2023 vibrates at 70kmh and 140kmh and BMW cant fint the problem. I think it is a useless solution to connect the electric motor to the flywheel, i think it is that who causes the problem. I hate the car. Also EVERYTHING from the road you feel in the seat, i mean EVERYTHING. Wife have a volvo V40 2017 and 19” rims and i maybe feel 10% of the road in that car, and 100% in the 530. Worthless. I hate the car to oblivion
