It is beside the Iloilo River. It must be the ILOILO CITY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, a government hospital of the Iloilo City Government. There is a bigger government hospital bldg that had its groundbreaking last week by First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos and Cong. Martin Romualdez, with Mayor Jerry Treñas and Gov. Arthur Defensor; and Iloilo City Cong. Jamjam Baronda, main sponsor of this hospital project - it is the 15-storeys Medical bldg of the West Visayas State University, costing billions of pesos it is to be known as the UMC or University Medical Center, located at the WVSU Hospital in Jaro, Iloilo City.

This is how the barren highways of the New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac looks like, with bougainvilleas and red-brick-paved sidewalks and biking lanes. But i can say it was New Clark City that copied the Diversion Road of Iloilo City. The Diversion Road had already been existing when the New Clark City came about. As a bit of info, we take note that rhe New Clark City is an entirely different place from Clark Pampanga, although both are just adjacent to each other. Clatk is in Pampanga, New Clatk City is in Capas Tarlac. Pampanga and Tarlac are just adjacent to each other. When you travel to Pampanga from Tarlac and vice-versa, you cannot notice that you are already in the other province.

This 4-lane Sunset Boulevard will be traffic-clogged in no time. Why didnt they just build this for 6 or 8 lanes?
