While I do generally prefer FMAB’s dub, I actually really like how in the sub Roy calls Al by his name right before he torches Lust. It just feels like a really cool show of respect towards Al’s words and actions

I think the best part about this race for me was that he got first place without using OFA, so technically a quirkless person won the first event.

This scene goes so fuking hard, all because of the buildup that dean hardscrabble was sooo stoic and so unimpressed the entire movie EXCEPT this one scene where she herself, started losing her shit, witnessing whats been happening. Seeing the dean thistle dumbstruck, the audience feels how god damn impressive of a feat theese 2 achieved, making this scene and ABSOLUTE KINO in my books.

People always wonder even after this, why they went back to soley scaring children and I feel like its bc children are more predictable. When scared kids usually have two reactions. Scream or cry. Sometimes both. An adult even if they are scared, they will still more likely fight back. They might even use weapons of some sort. Plus a child is less likely to be believed.

I hate that this is the only moment where Reigen actually attained any sort of power. You'd think that he'd develop more powers and have this mentor trains trianer sort of back and forth but no. One of the biggest missed opportunities in this series.

It's kinda of weird how well reigen manages the powers. Like, he didn't had them for even an hour and didn't even kill or hurt anyone by mistake. Even the energy field thing and invulnerability, i never saw mob have that one as far as I've watched
