I love the setup. I cast it to my TV to look at it in bigger detail. You have a great mixture of characters and scales. You also have it very well lit with nice cabinets and shelving. Finally some of the labeled names are a nice touch. Thx so much for sharing.

Wow - I can imagine the tens of thousands of happy hours your dad spent on that collection. Thanks for putting this on KZbin - hopefully you found a loving home for the collection. We collectors know that our stewardship of our stamps is only temporary and that the time eventually comes to pass everything along to the next collector.

I do not know who will buy my stams. I have around 7 years stamp collections of uae, usa , gb, bahrain, oman malayisia just hobby collection not a rare. But i do not see any buyer here in my state of gujraat.

14:13 A truly 'jaw dropping collection' . So impressive from the display cabinets/shelving, lighting, layout and Amazing details of the actual figures. I Only own 1 figure (12") of Darth Vader, myself. Plus several dvds and Blu-ray's. But l have nothing but admiration for the effort, patience, time and financial cost to get your collection to the World class level that it clearly is. just what ever I could find that I liked the look. I installed my own lights and removed a couple of door I did not like.

Many many years. I am 62 years old now, when I was 10 my dad sold part of the collection to bring us to Canada!

Yup, this is also one of my favorite Punisher statues. Luckily I got mines when they were released and only paid like $200. I also wanted to get another one to keep MIB, but the prices have doubled! I'm just glad I got one. 😊

I thought I have a big collection but compared to your father I´m only a small padawan. This is a nice collection and you should contact several auction houses to view it. From the Canada book there are some interesting. An auction house can say what is possible to get.

WOW an amazing collection. Very few people collect the world any more. 30000 CAD seams low for a collection this extensive. Several firms still travel and buy complete collections. Best to use a American Philatelic Society member or equivalent. One stamp could increase the amount. Sonya

The collection appeared to be mainly stamps from the last 60 or 70 years with a few earlier stamps. These stamps are not worth a lot of money. Many stamp dealers sell stamps for 10 to 20 percent of book value because they are not worth any where need those values. It was a fantastic collection with thousands, possibly tens of thousands, of hours invested in it. It was a collection of something he really loved and was devoted to.

WOW. Your Dad left you quite a legacy. Something to be proud of. I don't envy you the task of selling it off. Looks like you could sell the duplicates alone and not make a dent in the main collection. Wish I could assist in the appraisal, but i don't know enough about world wide collections. I'm going to show this video to my wife so she'll stop rumbling about my eleven volume collection. Thanks for sharing.
