Muscle memory is REAL! I'm learning 2 different choreographies for the same song. The first one I learned in 6th grade from my guru, and now I'm trying to learn a new one after 2 weeks. It's crazy how our bodies remember!

Thank you.. exercise definitely helps.. But for stamina during dancing.. dance alone can help.. this is what I learnt from my teachers and experienced it too 😊

Healing means different things to everyone. For me, healing has always been about dance. When I'm dancing, I feel transported to a different world where my problems and worries fade away. Sometimes, I even forget who I am. Dancing has been an emotional journey for me. Now, whenever I'm worried or stressed, I find myself dancing more. Recently, I've discovered the peaceful sitar music of Rishabh Rikhim. When I'm in a place where I can't dance, I find solace in listening to his songs on my earphones.
