"may go down in musical history as the most poignant song to come out of the catastrophe." I totally agree. Don't miss Susan live if you get a chance. Fantastic talent, and she projects such positivity. Love her.

Lovely and beautiful. Thank you for sharing your precious selves. Art like this which is lived in and wise helps to reaffirm my gratitude to be here at 55 years. To experience it. Wow, I loved listening to Susan all those years ago when we were also the same age! I danced (a little) more freely then, but people like you still move my heart.

Jennifer is a great person . She was very nice to me.- When I told her I've been following her career from the beginning. She tore it up when she hooked up with Jeff Beck. she gave Beck a run for his money. They were amazing together. "What mama said" just kills. I think most of that song was her baby. She is great.

NOBODY from New Orleans writes it New Awlins. Devon M. is a troll. This song broke and feed my heart in the months and years post Katrina. Susan is a treasure to the city.

Theres no doubt in my mind about the class of this incredible guitarist. She is right out there with the very very best. She s so tasteful and restrained. Its all about music and feel, the virtuosity is never deliberate or just for show. Amazing and inspiring.

@ThePreciousguitar87 Besides all his talents, Vai is too much of a show off. I get the feeling that a lot of the things he does are for the sake of looking (and sounding) extraordinary and original. When Jennifer plays, you can see that for her it's all about music, not showing off.

I respect Susan Cowsill. She is a true talent who has survived many Katrina's. It is sad she lost a brother to this catastrophe. But she is a talent that continues on and God bless her. Many less talented individuals have been afforded fame not deserved which she has been warranted. Thank you, Susan Cowsill for persevering and giving us real music to cherish.
