Hi, Yes, you can clean it dry cloths. Also do not make the heating strap wet it get corrosive. It's up to you, there are new model that fill air in the bags instead of vacuum.

having problem trying to put the heating wire on. Do you wrap the wire on the nut and then insert it in the slot because my wire doesn't sit flat on the bar.

Hai, i have this kind of machine dz 400. Just replaced the 10 pin cable, check all the hoses. the machine have worked again. However, it cant get - 0.1 mpa. Vacuum a bit loose. Do you have any ideas regarding this trouble? Thanks.

Check pump oil and air leakage in pipes joints.

Sorry for late reply, You May have to check the pump and pump motor. also check is there is any leak or add pump oil if not enough.

@@bujairpbn this indicates the sealing bar wires are connected in parallel and might have lose connection inside machine.
