You could have added a back wheel like me because i did similar modifications but with the middle wheel was movable and extended my gordon to fit 2 pairs of wheels i took cardboard cutted off his front used glue to make the cardboard straight glued it on then i added the back wheels and added realistic coal with rocks

You could probably do the same for Henry

I literally have the tons of friends adventure Henry just like you do. It’s still in mint condition and not a single scratch on it. I also have the Wooden hang with it and I literally saw original packaging box and I bought it from Amazon and you can go get it because I have pictures of it and you can try to see it for yourself. Also make sure to add your custom design wheels on Henry because I wanna try to see you. Try to make a little bit difference to it like I’d like the lightest green that you can try to find and then you should try to make his tender, literally the same height as Gordon’s tender just like it, but not also make sure to add a little bit of details for it
