Or rather you already had this perception and you made it a city thing, rather than a peron thing. Also, to be fair, grabbing an Uber from any of the airports in Delhi / Mumbai is the easiest thing in the world. So I’m not sure why you even ended up in that situation. Don’t get me wrong, it sucks that it happened to you, but let’s keep the prejudice aside yeah?

Loved the Mahabaleshwar and Ganesha temple. Also you can do a day excersion to Murudeshwar Mahadeva! Its a site worth visiting! I liked the local culture, rangoli, made every morning in front of homes. The hype of town is much these days however, the traditional side is much better. Worth visiting standalone and not in same itinerary as Goa
