Most of the prices are determined by recent sales within a radius, and that area has appreciated. I'm not an appraiser though, so of course the buyer will have to hire one to make sure it's worth it!

Really. Over priced. Plain looking no curb apeal housing. There maybe 75 grand in materials.On top of cost high interest rates. I currently have a 2.5 % on a 15 year mortgage. To give folks with excellent credit interest rstes exceeding 7 percent now is a crime. FJB

After living in Florida (Tampa Bay) for 27 years & moving out of the state 6 days ago, I can tell you that THIS is a perfect example of the insanity that has become the Florida real estate market. 230K+ for Deltona???????? Lol!!!!!!!!!!! In sane times they’d be extremely lucky to get 130K for a house in Deltona. Florida is finished. It’s now a retreat for remote workers from wealthier states. What they won’t tell you is even if you’re stupid enough to buy this or any home in Florida, is the insurance crisis that awaits you. Insurance companies pulling out of the state, increasing premiums by 100/200/300% on renewal. Demanding roof replacements every 15 years. I recommend everyone looking to move to Florida to look elsewhere, and for those already in that hellhole to move.
