Hi Barley, could you do a video of starting an industry from scratch. Like 1 factory? I'm having the hardest time figuring out what to do. I built a fish oil factory in Dutch Harbor Alaska, but have no idea how to connect things etc. You explain it somewhat in your example but you have so much going on I can't tell what your really doing. A factory from scratch would be awesome.

That's too cool. My real-world starter airport was decommissioned a while back, but it is awesome that I lit up someone's history. I didn't pick it. It was a route my company was given by OnAir Company. It's a companion app where you build up a company using cargo/pax orders from the sim.

@barleyflies Жыл бұрын
Certain settings hit the CPU harder and others hit the GPU harder. I want to get the best graphics I can so I want the CPU and GPU working as hard as they can to produce the best images/gameplay. The quickest ways to hit them hard is: Level of Detail sliders hit CPU, resolution hits GPU.

When setting up reversers separately for 1 and 2, they work fine when moving them in reverse separately. But when reversing them at the same time, they increase throttle to "Notch" instead of go to reverse. Any suggestions?
@barleyflies Жыл бұрын
Hmm, not sure. I have throttle 2 axis mapped to Joy L-Axix X, Throttle 1 to Joy L-Axis Y, neither reverse axis box checked. Then under propeller, I have Toggle Feather switch 2 as button 27, toggle feather switch 1 to button 26, propeller axis to Joy R-Axis Y and Z for prop 2 and 1 respectively. Make sure you don't have anything else mapped in MSFS for power management especially throttle increase or decrease. Let SPAD handle that.

The only other thing I can think of is if you have a different throttle setup in the ATR than I do. I don't have a way to share an image in a reply, but on the EFB, under options, throttle setup, in the top section I have only "dual axis" checked. In the throttle position section, I have idle set to where the throttles are resting on the idle detente on the bravo. Hope this helps.

Hi Barley this looks promising although I have a normal reverse function on the Bravo despite the update! But I want to try your method out as well. My question is, could i set the throttle incr to 70% rather than full? This would prevent the a/c pulling up too quickly.....(or any other % logically)....thanks

I did some testing and it looks like the most reliable way to get 70% reverse thrust is to add "THROTTLE_70" after the "THROTTLE_FULL" event.
