Doctors get some guy and shoot him up with some kind of serum that makes him not die. The guy goes around killing people and finally Chuck gets him. I think he Kicks him down a well. Anybody got the name of that movie? thanks😊

I prefer the rage movie. Norris fights a guy who just wont die.
