I did the exact same thing, lol. I went to the dealership and didn’t know how to drive a manual. I’m currently on my first drive now, still learning to shift properly and occasionally stalling, too, lol.

I’m from Silver Spring Maryland, and I went to northwestern for my first year of uni before transferring to UMD so I’ve done this road trip 4 times in my 2015 WRX so this was kinda cool to see!
