It's claimable from the Flare portal once a month when Flare puts it there.

If you staked your wFLR the rewards come in the form of the sFLR/FLR exchange rate increases. You can follow that exchange rate on the sRewards Tab

I have been staking from the start, my balance has not increased or I have not received any deposit of sFLR into my wallet, from what I stake. When are you going to pay?

The value of sFLR vs FLR keeps increasing. Those are the rewards. There are no additional tokens that need to be claimed. Please check the general stats part of the Staking page in the app.

@@jaycweb That's an esitmation based on network data at the time. We will be changing that to a live APY or APR when we have enough data. Currently it is at 46.15% though.

I had failed transactions yesterday as well. The network was very busy and my transactions were pending for 30min or so. FlareDrop day ;)
