Pior capacete que eu já tive. Não vale 500 Reais. Comprei para uma viagem ao Atacama, e o capacete foi se desmanchando pelo caminho. A parte escamoteavel não funciona, trava, a viseira risca sozinha. a parte interna descola, porcaria de produto. Sem assistência nenhuma e nem respeito ao cliente. Shark nunca mais!!!

Have had mine for about 14 months now. The only issue I am having is the same issue others had reported with the previous model in that the rubber on the chin piece (where the visor sits and seals) is pulling up at the edges.

I have a piece of foam where the batter should go, am I supposed to pry this out? It is pretty firmly attached.

The tension on the mask retaining straps CAN be adjusted, however this is NOT in the manual. With the side plates removed, there are segments in the webbing that allow the retaining pin to be moved to tighten the webbing. I found that the excess webbing must be cut for the side plates to be re-mounted. You can also perform the same function on the mask end of the webbing without cutting off the excess webbing OR removing the admittedly fragile side plates. I recommend this adjustment as your first step in adjusting the tension of the webbing. The mask must be removed from the straps in order to perform this adjustment.

From 60km/h ~ the noise is already perceptible and inside the helmet there is recirculation of residual air, it does not matter if you activate or not the two air openings. In winter this residual air circulation bothers the conjunctiva of the eye and in summer there is no noticeable entry of refreshing air. It is as if the openings were for decoration, they do nothing! On the contrary, the design seems amazing to me, although that is personal, the fit of the padding is great and the visibility is impressive, the glasses go well in general. The opening button of the chin guard... It is in the middle, on occasion it has been difficult for me to lift the shell. A pity to have invested more than €200. I think it is a helmet for driving around the city and in temperate climates, that you have the option of having the chin guard open for most of the driving. If you go over 100km/h it seems that you are riding on a noise rocket. DISAPPOINTED!!!! Save €200 by investing in another brand or model.

Love this helmet (order a size up) BUT will be obsolete soon because I cannot find Shields, Inner Shields or Pinlock Shields anywhere! Too bad!
