I lived in Carmenville for almost a year before moving to housing on Clark Air Base and before Mt Pinatubo blew up. It has changed dramatically and I wondered what happened to it after the U.S. pulled out when the volcano destroyed the area. Brings back a lot of happy memories.❤

I lived there in 1990 for a while in a little A-frame near the pool. Sad to see how the area has deteriorated over the last 34 years. At the time, it was mostly military living there and it was well maintained and beautiful. When downtown was put off limits due to NPA threat, I would invite a few of the bar girls over for grilling and swimming in the pool. Greatest times of my life!
