I want to know about how to control the memory card recording. If I keep it for recording then after 12 minutes. It stops recording and starts again

I am very surprised by the lack of subtitles in Russian, while there are subtitles in Ukrainian. Excuse me, are you crazy? This is the same as not making subtitles in Spanish, which is spoken by a third of the planet, and instead putting subtitles in Catalan. Do you understand the difference between a Russian-speaking audience and a Ukrainian-speaking one? Russian Russian is also spoken by a third of the planet, and many people do not speak Ukrainian even in Ukraine, they get lost all the time and switch to their native Russian. Do you have a Russophobia of the brain so strong that you deprive yourself of an audience of 300 million people? Then why didn't you remove Hebrew from the subtitles? Or when Israel is at war with the terrorist regime in Gaza, is it democracy, and when Russia is at war with the terrorist regime in Kiev, is it not democracy?

why does the extracted audio sound very very low when working on a DAW. The file which gets recorded in the recorded sounds honestly good (only through the device i.e. Tascam DR 100 Mkiii), but when i extract it to my PC, idk why the audio's volume gets very very low. The DAW I use is FL Studio 21. Please look into it. Regards

the audio levels need to be setup on the Tascam at -12dB, or around that value. If you didn't check the levels at the time of recording, it might the case that the value was lower than -12 and that is why in your computer the audio is very low. The reason you might not notice this when listening on the Tascam could be because when you listen back, either with headphones of internal speaker, the volume is not the same as the recording. You could have a good volume on your headphones but you could be recording at a very low or very high level... I assume that could be the case. If you are using another device to record, with the Tascam, you will need to check the audio levels as well, all around -12dB.

Hi, thank you for the info. I didn't find how exactly I could tune my extrenal microphone to tascam recorder, I try to do it and put tascam on xlr, but still the sound is not coming through. Is there something that has to be changed in the settings for external mic?

Hello, there are a couple of things you could check. First: in between the XLR inputs (where you connect the XLR cable of your mic) there is a switch that says MIC - LINE 1. That needs to be on MIC. The next thing to check is if your mic needs phantom power: if the mic doesn't have any batteries you need to add power through the Tascam; to do that go to the back of the Tascam and switch ON where it says +48. Try these and let me know how it goes.

We bought them from CVP or Proav, the main suppliers in the UK. In Europe you have Thomann, who are great. We make the kit specially for our students at the University of East London, so some of the items you see in the video are bought separately.
