If your reading this and are thinking of starting a KZbin channel,do not film in HD. I did and couldn't work out why my videos had tearing and blurring in them,it was the avc1 codec that KZbin uses. Anything filmed above HD will get KZbins better quality vp09 conversion codec. For scenery and outdoors in daytime,4k/60fps edited down in size to between 60-100Mb/s for KZbin,this will look good on large 4k screens/OLED panels,and good enough in HD on KZbin. Once your channel is monetised you should automatically get the vp09 conversion codec on all uploads,and after 500 views,KZbin will often automatically re-encode any videos with avc1 to vp09.

what was the avg speed on those hill climbs in the Vitilan? I live in Lisbon and here steep hills are everywhere, going back home on my deflation ebike I do around 10-12 miles per hour going up in a long hill and this is with pedal assist, without it is just not possible. I know the torque on my bike must be around 50nm.

If you intend to keep riding that illegall mode of transport then the least you can do is to do it with both hands on the steering handle and leave the phone at home.

Does Threadlocker work ?. ........................................... I think so,I've got,'Dry Mud Path' and 'Gravel Country Lane' videos to upload. Once I've Threadlocked all the other screw/bolt/Allen key threads,I will give it a good test off road and over cobble stone roads. Riding across a field first would have hurt the least had the suspension bolts fallen out. Is there a back suspension fault on the ViTiLAN-i7 PRO 2 ?. ................................................................................................ Slightly longer bolts on the back suspension with washers would have been better for me,the manual on p7 says how to set the front suspension,nothing on p8, 9 or 10 about the back suspension and, bottom of p10 says 'you are now ready to start using your e-bike'.

PAS is the power assist modes on E-Bikes. The ViTiLAN-I7 PRO 2 has 5 PAS settings as default that can be changed in the Advanced settings, A2-Assist Level-3/5/6/9. PAS 0 is pedal only/no electric with PAS 5* number being the fastest although going down hill will be just as fast in PAS 0 as using PAS 5. *if you change to have 3,6 or 9 assist levels,then they will be the fastest and you can probably set the Mph per PAS level in the advanced settings.

ViTiLAN-i7 PRO 2 is now -The V. I let The V roll down a cycle lane hill today in PAS 0/power off. I've got a video of the speed 😮 on the display,but I need to go back next week to try it again to check it's not an error,and also to film the cycle lane.

Some wind noise in the video but I wanted to get it uploaded before the fair starts. I gave up looking for a microphone last year.

18.7 miles today (174 miles total so far),one bar on the display used. Mainly PAS-3 with some PAS-2 over the same type of surfaces and a few quick blasts of PAS-4 and 5.

I know with my ebike that has 26 inch wheels I can increase the speed by putting in size 16 or 20 inch wheels. I wonder if with your Vitilan you might get even higher speeds with a smaller wheel setting, say 16 instead of 20 inch. TBF it looks fast enough already. Only thing is it mucks up the display reading temporarily when doing this so you have to get your actual speed from a GPS app on your phone. After I played about and found it worked I don't really need the extra speed and just put it back to the correct tyre size. I think I get 20 mph throttle only in correct settings and 27 mph when wheel size was 16. I guess if people want to do this they should check motor heat and understand it's bound to wear your motor components much faster especially if doing it all the time 👍 It will also void the manufacturers warranty but maybe if it's possible on this bike I'd expect top speed to increase by roughly 3 or 4 mph.
