I’m actually looking into working for your company. I will probably lose my chance to do so with this comment, but I think you’re going about getting your information out to the public wrong. Webinars are no longer effective. You need to keep your messages short and captivating. You’re also probably spending way too much money and time to make it happen. So much can be done with a phone and a person that knows how to use graphics in a video. I’ve been in this position before. I can help.

We definitely agree that sharing positive customer feedback allows the company to create a culture that focuses on providing what's best for the consumers. I was employee #2 (2001 - 2004) and I LOVED my time at PeopleMetrics! It was a perfect fit for me to combine marketing, technology, and customer service. If we hadn't moved across the state after we had our first child I would likely have begged to come back :) Sean - I am so grateful for our time together (I think of you every 9/11) and I am thrilled to see how things have evolved from our screen of blue oval buttons.
