Jay is one of my least favorite characters in the show. What makes it even worse is that he’s dating my favorite female character which is Manny Santos. I enjoyed some highlights from him nonetheless.

Well, there were some times when he has shown a bit of humanity in him -- like when he talked Spinner out of torching the school, & when he told Emma about Sean's situation. And don't forget when he encouraged Manny to go for her dream.
