Almighty push can stop both of his justsu. For the flying raijin one, you do need to time it just right, though. Pain is a perfect counter for players like that.

Not even, it's an invincible move that doesn't deserve the armour. I'm not sure but i think it can be cancelled too. Chakra regen is cheesy yeah but doesn't change the move itself.

i found this out by labbing him lol i was super sure something broken could be done with Pains down combo and i guess i was right... and im honestly not too sure about the universal reset thing, my guess is that the animations pain has allows him to get away with things that not really anyone else could get away with.

The first fight is making me imagine a world where Team 7 had a different chemistry and character dynamic: Sakura taking more initiative and showing the genius she actually has in a live combat situation Sasuke having some self-control (in regards to his feelings toward Itachi), not letting his emotions control him and helping him become rational Naruto having some humility to not try to take up the spotlight, but he comes in clutch at key moments (like at 1:43 when he comes in at the same time as Karin and interupts her from doing anything further) It would've been cool to see something like this where they are even able to take on someone like Itachi and succeed like they are in this fight (wishful thinking of course) Anywho, enough of that genjutsu. Nice work!
