I liked the concept of not categorizing (imagine i am very left brained) but rather create a "story" of how you can reach your ultimate goal. It gives meaning to what we do and how we can do it together. It also creates a more synchronized way of doing things while meeting the goal. It promotes the mindset of one goal, one mission, one vision. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

Cascade needs to update the user documentation. It's confusing. What the knowledge-base instructs is for a totally different product. For example, you will never find what you see in this video in the same way as he instructed. Lingos changed, user interfaces 100% changed and you won't find many of these instructions from as-is Cascade.

Regina Perkins nailed the topic for me from a mutually supportive strategic and cultural philosophy. What better way to get the needed buy-in than creating a practical, insightful approach that’s designed around building organizational trust, engagement and commitment. Her pull rather than push methodology is a sound practice in creating the mindset needed to influence the outcome by managing behaviors. Organizational engagement through organizational understanding and buy-in has to be intentional by positive attitudes. It is a very powerful point of view that adds to additional tools in one’s tool kit. Such thinking creates the compelling drive needed for organizational investment. Key is the involved role of leaders who lead the mindset, give examples of why it’s important and act as facilitators. I love Ms. Perkins’ insight and practicality.
