Bro the video you shown is nothing like a trek this way we used to exit. We came from the opposite sides sliding downwards from the hill.. the route you took is the right one I think which we used to exit. We couldn't return the same way because it's not possible to climb at all.

Yes, you are right, i actually followed a path for about an hour(towards left, didn't cross any stream) and ended up at a dead end, I came back to the starting point and waited for help and a local farmer helped me.. Other wise i dont think i would have made it to the fall .. Its a tough path.. Hope you enjoyed it.
