There is no option to schedule the lights to turn off for 18 hours, then automatically back on for 6 hours. A separate power supply for each peak would be required for this effect. In the app, you would choose a single color for each set. The two sets can be grouped to follow the same modes, schedules, commands, etc. if you want a unified appearance at another time of the year. Up to six color per light set can be selected. A mode can be created with a segment of three green lights followed by three red lights. That pattern repeats for all strands connected to the power supply for up to 200ft. From what you describe, a second power supply is needed to set half your house to red and half to green.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Eternity Lights. When you unplug the power supply from the outlet, leave it disconnected for a few seconds before plugging it in again. Also, ensure your set doesn't exceed the maximum length of 200ft. including light strands and extension cables. @ Called in yesterday and spent a good amount of time with tech support. My run was about 165 foot and my last piece cut off all but last four pucks. After sometime, we finally figured out that the controller will not accept cut strands. Once the runs exceeded 150 feet. Tech-support says that they are working on an update to the app. All and All I had a good experience with tech-support who was very helpful.

I had the same problem. You have to follow the end after the white controller box to find another coupler you can unlink. That will give you the male end to plug into the female end.

The included remote is infrared and can control any bubble light strand if it is within line of sight of the power supply. No additional pairing is required.

Hi, Hunter. Combinations of up to six colors can be created in the customize tab. The colors repeat for the entire strand. Depending on your layout, you can set multiple color bubbles to green to cover your desired area and choose red and white for the peaks of your home. Had the same issue. That little pull tab and the screw groove part are separate. Instead of using the flat pull tab to twist the cover off. Just unscrew the thick groove part, then that should come off and you should be able to use the flat tab to just pull off the cap and connect your two wires. Hope that made sense lol

@ yes. I disconnected power supply, plugged rest of them in and held down power button on power supply and cycled through colors and they all came on.

@@GoBraydon unplug for a good 20 sec then turn on and cycle thru the colors
