In the sales profession, insurance sales is the most difficult and least paying jobs. Insurance sales is just commission. You dont earn that amount in the first month and you might never earn that commission, that is why they are always recruiting. The figure you quoted is not average. You are only doing this to recruit insurance Sales or encourage people to go into insurance. Cybersecurity, Software engineers are being paid between USD3000 usd to USD6000 in Ghana. Most people in Shipping and Logistics are earning Ghs15,000 to 50,000. Mining Engineers are earning around 50,000 Ghs monthly.

That’s not entirely accurate. You don’t necessarily need a degree in software development, graphic design, or video editing. All you need is the knowledge and the necessary skills. These skills can be acquired rapidly through instructional videos and other educational resources available on platforms such as KZbin.

No, these are not PhD or master’s programs, and they never follow a protocol. Some jobs require a professional license, while others demand knowledge or skills. For instance, a video editor doesn’t need a degree, master’s, or PhD. Additionally, a protocol can (no longer works) secure a job but cannot increase your salary.
