I recently learn to do this kind of repair, cleaning the dots is the easiest job but what stress me out is the alignment of the motor.. its so hard to adjust.. to enable all camera function.. is it can focus or not .. then the hardest part is portraits and zoom picture clarity.. always got it off when compared it to stock. then U had to redo all process again.. the 1 point solder and readjust the alignment tips is new to me.. ill try it out thanks.. if there was a camera motor alignment tools that i can buy .. doing this repair feels like fixing truck flat tire with bike pump .. all u have is ur finger and fixture thats it

Is the 14 Pro Max Incell (With iC Transfer) able to do an iC Transfer without any issue? Please let us know an update on the iC transfer issues going on.

I have this issue with my daughters iPad 2024 model and I tried this with the same utensil as you (tweezers) and I was still unable to get it to charge. One step that I missed was actually taking off/unloosening the screws within the shield of the charger port. I am about to attempt this step now. If this does not work, I will just have to pay the 140.00 to get it fixed at the shop… I just had 1 quick question, once you did the troubleshooting (taking out the screws etc) when you figured that would work and fix the charger port and it did not once you connected the iPad/charger cord to the multimeter @ the time frame of 14:26 what exactly was the issue in which was causing the port to still be nonfunctional? I did see that afterwards when you realized that the port still was not working, you added additional flex but was that the actual issue causing the charger port to still not work? I am asking because I did try this and I was unable to fix the port still… I tried working this problem with 2 different size tweezers that I have. I was thinking that maybe I needed another troubleshooting tool which was why I tried 2 different sizes.. The second pair I used were actually a little smaller and a perfect fit. Any advice that you could possibly respond back with would be greatly appreciated. I have been working on this issue now for almost 4 weeks now and was just going to pay to get it fixed. I was hoping that I could fix the IPad myself, but as I stated earlier, I will try the step of loosening up the screws a little more and see if that will possibly get the job done. If not then I have run out of ideas. Thanks for the info and I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience!

Always appreciate the updates on the site. Any Update on MTSN not being written to 13 and 14 pro series screens? Seems to be causing an issue on iOS 18.1 and newer where it is stuck in the "Finish Repair" process. Thanks!

This is the simplest way to get battery to 100% health with no warning messages: - Transfer BMS from old battery to new one. - Attach tag-on flex to new battery and connect to programmer. - Modify to 100% health and zero cycles. - Connect battery to phone, and then plug in charger to turn phone on. - It should then show as 100% health but with “unverified” battery message - Connect phone to computer and load up 3utools. Select “iDevice” tab, and the phone should come up as having 100% health and zero cycles. - Download latest iOS and when complete do a “quick flash,” and also don’t forget to tick the box “fix battery health,” when the box pops up. - After a few minutes 3utools will then drop to “6%” on the loading page and say “reboot.” - Remove cable from phone and then disconnect and reconnect battery with the battery tag-on still installed. - Switch phone back on, and it should come up in recovery mode. - Reconnect cable from computer to phone, and then the flash process should continue. - After a few minutes the flash will be complete, and the phone should be showing as 100% health with no warning messages.

Wooooooo, man, someone asked me to do this for them, I've never done it before. I used your videao and a few others. I had to order the cap attached to the HDMI , had to flip the C1 diode I moved and resoldered wrong, and had to re-attatch the piece that was next to the diode as well. but overall, I got it done and the PS5 works again. Her husband is going to be so happy, I apprecite you and everyone else.

True tone will not write though? Everything else is great, but for 14PM I am unable to write true tone, otherwise I get the "restart to finish repairing your display" reading them shows remaining writes as 0
