(17) To these four young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning. And Daniel could understand visions and dreams of all kinds. (18) At the end of the time set by the king to bring them into his service, the chief official presented them to Nebuchadnezzar. (19) The king talked with them, and he found none equal to Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah; so they entered the king’s service. (20) In every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king questioned them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and enchanters in his whole kingdom. (Daniel 1:8-20)

My prayer, yes, prayer, is that within just a decade or two, the power of the Churches to dominate and control the lives of people will decline exponentially. There is absolutely nothing unchristian about Yoga, which means 'yoke' to a higher power. In the New Testament, Matthew 11:28-30, Jesus taught: 28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” ref. Bible Gateway. So actually, Yoga is a very Christian thing to do except dogma denounces it. "My karma ran over my dogma" in reverse! :)
