Every animal, bird or otherwise, if they come as a rescue, they can have emotional baggage, and we need to be equipped to deal with it, to gain their trust. Or, getting a baby from a reputable breeder, whether a bird or a puppy or...you have the best chance to raise them in a loving environment.
