I have two of these now, I have not had any problems. Make sure it is updated and use the energizer lithium batteries and works like a charm.

#3 or #4 please,,, i always felt #2 is too big for the 20 gauge only being 7/8oz most of the time,,,, but i still use it thoo,, whatever i can get,, 2s and 4s,, carlsons sporting clays modified choke with tristar cobra 3 is what i use with 20 gauge, or a trulocks precision hunter modified choke

This is our second year using these, we have not had any issues. Once I figured out that you have to use lithium batteries and make sure to clear the card every once in awhile they have worked pretty much flawless.

Please stop it with the extremely annoying intro music that doesn’t fit at all with this type of subject matter. Men that hunt and fish find this “music” very out of place and super annoying even though the video content is what we are looking for.

Please do yourself a favor and do not spend any money on any products from Muddy (especially the cell cams). They will fail and Muddy absolutely will not answer the phone or an email for assistance. My cell cam failed within a couple of weeks and when I went to field to check it, it was letting rain water get inside which has caused a total failure. I have called for weeks several days in a row and held for an hour or better each time. I have emailed them and GSM outdoors. I have used the "contact us" through both companies websites. I have messaged them on Facebook. I would never again buy anything from a company that will not respond when their products are failing and costing their customers hard earned money for nothing.

I shoot a 20 gauge and you want to shoot 3s or 4s not 2s because 2s do not have enough pellets in a 20 gauge

Got few recently, seemed ok at first but now two have no signal and pics suddenly only set to upload once daily at 507am, for whatever reason, so cleated SD card, etc. Still no signon Verizon system. I paid someone put up or I'd have taken down brought back by now!

Does that gun come in a compact model and if it does , are the stocks interchangeable ?

I am not 100 percent sure on that I do believe they make a youth model. I would imagine that you can upgrade the stock to the larger version in the future.

Just to put an answer here to the question, yes, the Franchi Affinity 3 20 gauge compact. Yes, you can swap out to a full size stock if you outgrow the compact stock. Buying one for my wife for Christmas...

Right I have seen so many videos where they compare two totally different choke constrictions. If you are gonna compare chokes do it with ones in the same class. Of course a tighter extended choke is gonna out perform a flush modified. choke.

@@larrygolden167 Well he is doing this from the perspective of a duck gun, the issue is most full chokes that come with a duck gun (or most shotguns) are "supposedly" lead only. Now that gets debated, but I always throw a full choke that takes steel from the aftermarket on if I am gonna shoot steal with it at full. Especially for a 20 gauge. 12 you can get away with an "steel ok" IM in many cases. ETA: and he's shooting steel loads out of both.

The decoys look pretty good but the blind location is so restricted (you can't shoot above a 40 degree angle) so you miss some opportunities. I liked the footage of getting the coffee going at the start of your film clip. Just my humble opinion but you can hide yourself so well that it hinders you.

You are absolutely right, we did notice the loss of view. It worked against us a few times when we tried to read birds. I think that a few times our calling was over aggressive due to the low visibility. Thank you for the comment.

Yes it’s out in the field now, it works really well. We plan on doing an update video soon. Takes great pictures and really helps with scouting, and mainly keeping the foot traffic in the area low.
