Hi, great video and thanks for answering those questions. The work you are doing is very important. I live in the United States (Michigan) where all mainstream media outlets (like CNN and Fox News) all carry the same exact message and narrative which is given to them by intelligence agencies like the CIA. So the US government controls all mainstream news and the news narratives here. Most Americans are aware of this, which is why virtually no one here listens to or trusts the mainstream media news. But then how do we find the truth about what’s really going on? The internet is just as bad- it’s virtually impossible to get any sort of trustworthy news online because in America, most search engines like Google and even Duck Duck Go will only provide search results from mainstream news sources (government approved lies). And if you do seek alternative online news sources, you will be buried in a sea of AI generated fake stories that use stock photos and footage copied and pasted (stolen) from unrelated websites. To make matters worse, KZbinrs never feel like doing any actual journalism or research. They are mostly lazy and only interested in what’s easy- trying to monetize “likes and subscribes” by quickly taking those fake stories and putting them in videos with click bait titles without even verifying any information. So the only reliable information I feel even worth considering these days is eye witness testimony from someone who I can be at least reasonably sure is an actual person and not some fake AI bot or CGI fabrication. Which is why your video is extremely rare and very special because I am fairly certain you are an actual living human being reporting from actual personal experience. You are willing to share your story and actually show your face while providing information most Americans including myself would never be able to find anywhere. So thank you!!! Lastly, I would like ask; what is your opinion about where I might find news in English from the Russian perspective? The only place I know is RT. Is that a reliable source? How do you and or your family or friends view RT (Russia today?) Is it a reliable news source? Thanks!!!!

The US just doesn't realise how far they have moved to Communism themselves. With so many bans on what you can or cannot do, see. read, the list goes on. Even your elections these days can hardly be called fair & impartial. You imprison those you don't like, even before they have been tried & found guilty. Some will never be tried (Guantanamo) but are incarcerated anyway.. Your News Media would have to be the most controlled & biased in the world today. It just goes on and on.

The US is afraid that Russia (and China) is a threat to the US hegemony. They see themselves as the world leader in every aspect, yet the world knows that they are not. But still, they cling to the belief that everything that the US represents, is good. Those who are trying to enter the US through the Southern Border, are a certain type of person who are simply chasing a dream. Sadly, once they have been there for a short while, they'll realise that the dream is not true. Until the US acknowledges that Russia & China (in particular) are in fact ahead of them, then there will never be peace between the two.

I started learning it in the second grade of school, but since I was 12 I started listening to tones of music in english, watching something in english and reading comments in social media, I didn't quite understand anything at the beginning, but I was just really curious)) I do it still, so yeah, i think it helped me most

Russia is beautiful and has so much history and culture, but I feel like it's sadly overlooked from the western/uk education system so learning a bit more here is great, I could listen to your accent all day🙈. I think our generation seems to listens to a lot more of different types of music, no matter where they are from, I know for me I listen to literally everything, but just depends on the mood. The gloomy, foggy and snowy aesthetic of the older soviet union apartment blocks are so good. The bloopers were funny! Part 2 would be great!

I never went to uni because i'm steering clear of debt (I'm from UK and its expensive) and for some of the reasons you said as well. Some people never grow up especially in a school environment, and even if it's not all malicious it's just annoying to deal with daily. It's cool you like English, my brother-in-law teaches English/History and loves it, but it really depends on the quality of school you teach from what he's said. Remember not to be too hard on yourself, humans aren't perfect and you can always recover if you need to slow down for a while. Also don't go FULL hermit if you can, keep a few good friends always haha

I go to school in Eastern Europe, and I can confirm that all of the dorms I've been to are indeed ancient. I personally like the Soviet style, but maybe that's just because I'm lucky enough to live within commuting distance of my school. 😄
