Ingredients: Cashews Cumin seeds - 1 tspn Whole pepper - 1/2 tspn Cardamom - 2 Cloves - 2 Cinnamon sticks - 2 Briyani leaf - 2 Onion - 1 Tomato - 1/2 (optional) Green chilli - 2 Green peas -1/2 cup Panner - 100 gms Basmati rice - 1 cup Boiled milk - 1.5 cups Salt as required # In a cooker, fry cashews, whole pepper and cumin seeds along with briyani spices using oil or ghee. # add sliced onions, tomato and saute for 1 minute ( do not fry it). # add green peas, green chilli, salt and the boiled milk. # add the fried panner. # close the cooker and pressure cook it for 2 whistles. # the most deliciously creamy panner pulao is ready for your kids lunch box. Surely your kids and family will love this easy recipe.

Fish Curry in a easy way_Fish Kulambu. Ingredients: For frying: mustard seeds - 1 tspn urad dal - 1/2 tspn Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tspn whole pepper - 1/4 tspn shallots - 1 cup garlic - 7 cloves tomato - 1 tamarind - 1/2 lemon size turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn chilli powder - 1/2 tspn coriander powder - 1 tspn coconut paste: coconut - 1 table spoon cumin seeds - 1 tspn whole pepper - 1 tspn Recipe: # In a clay pot, fry mustard seeds, urad dal, Fenugreek seeds and pepper using gingelly oil. # next, fry garlic cloves, shallots and tomato. # add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. let it boil for 5 mins with water. # then add the tamarind water and boil it for 10 mins. # add the coconut paste and let it cook for 5 mins. # add the fish pieces to the curry with curry leaves. # close the pot and turn off the stove( fish will be boiled with the heat of the pot itself). Note: * if you are not using the clay pot for cooking, you can turn off the stove after 2 or 3 minutes after adding the fish pieces. * tamarind size can be varied according to the sourness of the tamarind. * amount of salt and spiciness can be varied according to your taste.

Coconut milk rice, a mild creamy, delicious rice. we can have it along with any spicy gravy. * In a cookware, pour oil or ghee and fry 1 sliced onion and 6 sliced garlic cloves with cloves, cinnamon sticks, briyani leaf and cardamom. * add green chilli. * adding tomato is optional( more tomatos will change the colour and flavour of the rice) *add coconut milk and then salt. *once the coconut milk gets boiled, add the soaked rice(basmati or seeragasamba) to it. *cook the rice for two whistles. *Then serve it along with any of your favourite gravy.
