I believe since Disney-Pixar's Monsters, Inc. was gonna be released into theaters on November 2nd. Because October 6th of that year fell on a Saturday so I'm guessing that these UPN promos were aired on 10/30/2001 that was a Tuesday. Would you please fix that correction?

Awesome upload and ty for what you do! This was right before both UPN and The WB premiered their schedules for the fall and I remember being so excited for Buffy and Smallville premiering. Just wondering, do you have any videos from October 16, 2001 from the world premiere of Smallville that night? I find it fascinating that USA used the Columbia Tristar Television Distribution logo at the end of Urban Legend two years after the Sony Pictures Television logo was introduced.

Actually, the crossover episodes mentioned aired first on Oct 19, 1999 so if it’s the first time, then it’s indeed 1999. For Buffy, it was s4e3 The Harsh Light Of Day. For Angel, it was s1e3 In The Dark. Both aired for the first time on October 19, 1999. I see what you mean now. These aired during summer of 2000, but I like he said it first aired October 19, 1999 though.
