Thank you so much for this video. I had another "shutdown day" today and skipped 3 classes, one of them needs attendance for a grade. But I promise myself that today would be the last day I shut down like that, and I'll work on another way to for my body to shut down without skipping class and staying on bed for 24 hrs. I believe that we all got this!
