So this is just a regular Hot Wheels car? Like the kind you can buy at any toy store? How do you pick what fits components the best? Is there a certain minimum chunkiness to a HW car to be successful? I would love to build a RC version of my Toyota Tacoma!

Amazing build - the only downside is the missing rubber. But it would be funny to emulate ice or snow like this and build the race track partly in rubber instead.
