Q-23 ANSWER MUST BE "B" SINCE THEY CLEARLY MENTIONED HYDROPHONE CONVERTS SOUND ENERGY TO ELECTRIC ENERGY AND IT ONLY ALLOWS FOR ONE WAY COMMUNICATION. HOWEVER "C" IS COVERTS ELECTRICITY INTO SOUND WHICH IS JUST OPPOSITE.
